Estimate the anime count

Without searching the internet try to estimate the anime count.
I would say around 100K anime exists. What about you?

I think it's difficult to count man and we need to understand what's included in the anime too. Does Chinese animation and other animation comes under this count? Are we strictly restricting the count to Japanese anime only?

I can't even begin to imagine but probably a very large number of anime is available and they are still releasing many anime every season in every year. It could be about 20k anime.

I think about 1-10k.
Not many anime are listed in Mal which is the largest database for anime
