We apologize for the inconvinence 
Capacity problems.Our server can handle only 100 concurrent connections per second.If the connections exceed 100,server sends a "503" error.
Please try after 12 minutes,if you ever receive that error.

I get a similar problem as well! It hasn't happened to often as of late, but the day I joined it happened a lot. Hope ya'll get it fixed soon
