Usually we don't hear that after a while.
Still they are very good. Some other songs like Fuwa fuwa song from K-ON are used more than once.
What do you think of episodic songs that are played just once?

They are called insert songs. Yeah more often than not it's done well but sometimes I forget to search for them. One song I know is the song used in Attack on Titan season 1 when Eren fights the Female Titan.
This one's pretty recent, from episode 19 of Demon Slayer which pretty much blew up on the Internet(the scene was pretty awesome).

they are played only once and not repeatedly. they are different from battle music

There is nothing better than a insert song that really brings out emotions or the epicness of a scene, and ends up being better than the OP or ED themes.

Episodic songs are not uncommon but I don't remember them much.
I should have paid more attention to these things while watching anime man
