English cover vs Japanese original songs in anime tracks

I don't think the dub is good. But in video games there is one that i think the dub is as good as the original, it's Kitty-N theme from Busy a Groove 2

sometimes i do and sometimes i don't.
usually english covers are good but not that much. we should just be satisfied with what we get
 
It's extremely rare that I ever see an english dub as good or better than the jap, though this english version is rather well done:

It's just that everyone believe that originals are always good.
