Dried pasta or fresh pasta?

I love my food fresh, yes fresh ingredient is the best. But for pasta i've got no choice except use the dried one, it's hard to find fresh pasta in my place. If we talk about noodles (Chinese noodles) then it's a different story, there are tons of fresh noodles available

I don't get what you mean by fresh pasta...aren't all pasta dry? Like macaronie and such?

Umm.. how to properly explain this, uh.. check this video, this is fresh pasta, not dried like you usually buy in a package
