Drawing Anime

Can anyone draw anime?  Was it difficult to learn?  Where is the best places online to learn?  Note, myself, I cannot draw very well, but I do like 3D art creation.
 
Are you sure you know what you are talking about? We don't draw anime. Anime can't be drawn. We can draw characters or manga
 
Well, manga is not easy to draw and requires effort but Mangaka puts all that effort and try to release them on a weekly or monthly basis.
Manga is drawn and anime is the animation of the story presented in the manga.
I hope you got the difference now

Actually, even animation mostly involves drawing. They don't just take the source material and 'animate' it. Animators have hundreds of more things to draw than mangaka's.

I am not familiar with all the digital anime frames. I didn't know this at all. I wonder how someone can copy a particular artist's style like that.

Even while making manga, the mangaka hire assistants who have to copy their art-styles. Kishimoto had an assistant named Ikemoto since Naruto began. Ikemoto is the one who made the designs for Zabuza. Ikemoto went on to make the Boruto manga.

I hope I got the below statement right....
Ikemoto is the mangaka of boruto.
Is that right? I never thought much of zabuza, if anything he looks like kakashi a little.

Well, I got boring and repetitive at the end....almost like one piece, at the moment.
Well, I wouldn't say it's a boring anime....but I am not impressed.

I think maybe this person means if you can draw the characters from anime..just saying
