Dr. Kenzo Tenma guilty feelings

There is something that i don't understand about Dr. Tenma. He feel guilty to save Yohan's life because apparently Yohan is a cold blooded murderer, so he take responsibility and hunt Yohan to undo his mistake.

Well i'm not quite understand about doctors etique but i'm sure that doctors duty is to help and tend patient in front of him no matter how evil the person is. So why he need to feel responsible? It's his duty, or maybe this is Japanese mindset?

If it's me i'll just enjoy my life like nothing happened, Yohan as his gratitude to saving his life has set me up on top management in the hospital, so i guess i'll enjoy it without any doubt

Seems to have a bit of drama in this story
 
he saved one life and many lives were lost.
he revived a monster and he didn't want to be held responsible for it. doctors are humans too

There is some truth about that, well maybe i'm just lacking in moral department haha..

it all depends on how they feel.
kenma felt responsible and if one feels guilty, they would try to do what they think is right

I'm not finding yohan related to this dr kenzo
btw supportive as in the colour change thing :)

The story from the manga seems pretty intense and entertaining and the art looks pretty good as well
