I bet Hawk eye will win this battle easily, as he can cut almost anything, as the world's greatest swordsman.

He can cut the wires of donflamingo that disables him from moving around too much.

So, what do you think? Who will win according to you and how? :D
 
Hawkeye............Well, this is more like a personal choice............I don't want Zoro's biggest competitor to lose to someone who is going to get defeated by Luffy..............

Well, maybe.............I mean, he was 'somewhat' stopped by the diamond devil-fruit user during the battle of Marineford..........But, yes, he is no match for Hawk-eye.........
 
Hawk eye...He seems to be on a whole different level than Doffy, though Doffy is strong...
Hawk Eye has more chances of winning this fight :D
