Do you guys believe in doing things together?
It can be at home or it can be for your office work. Or do you expect others to do things for you?
I have seen this everywhere. Some people at work try to make others do their work and some of the people I know doesn't help out at home.
Share your opinion about this guys and no rude comments and cursing please.

Well.. not much opinion about this guy, but if this guy bothering you then just talk to him to settle this thing
 
Well, at work you need to be strict and try to let them know that it's not fair.
At home, it can't be helped and we will have to keep going.
