I think it's fine if it's done for comedic purposes or if it's a plot element for an episode or two but otherwise it gets on my nerves. The problem is you the viewer knows the answer and after a point the whole exercise becomes tiring because you have nothing new to learn or follow, it's two idiots who don't know a basic human function: talking to each other.

i can't even begin to understand how it can be very different without them but they get very bad, if they keep on creating them in the story
