Does an anime has to be a perfect 10 for it to be your favorite?

for me, that's not the case
i don't want it to be a perfect anime, to become my favorite but i want it to have my favorite preferred situations and emotions.

I wouldn't want an anime to be perfect for it to be 10.
There aren't enough thing for an anime to have it to get 10 so let's try to understand how much we can get from an anime

and yes it doesn't have to perfect and some people gets touched by some genre in anime and others don't
