Do you want child anime characters to be voiced by actual children?

it would certainly be great lol
and sometimes i get annoyed by squeaky voices of the actors deliberately trying to sound young, even if it's for their job

As much as it would give authenticity to the characters, using children to voice the characters introduces a number of problems, many of which are the reason why it's not done.

Labor laws are a thing (at least for the time being). And studios want to save as much money as possible during production. This usually results in tight deadlines and lowest acceptable pay. And children can easily be manipulated. But that's why it's up to the parents/guardians. Actually, how informed do you think those adults are about everything that goes into bringing a character to life.

This brings me to my next point. Skill. Children aren't skilled at delivery. @DarkAngel mentioned that children tend to stumble with their speech. Now imagine the stress, and how many retakes it would cause to have a child trying to deliver the emotional quality to the line (that an adult wrote, by the way), thereby that automatically looses some authenticity. The amount of reworks that would have to be invested causes delays, which cost more money, which lowers the amount the voice actors get paid, because Capitalism is an evil abhorrent system of extraction of wealth.

And there's the vocabulary issue, also ties into the fact that an adult originally wrote the dialog in the first place. I know as a fan fiction writer, specifically writing from a child's perspective, I always forget that my character at age 10 may not use or even know certain words that I happen to use daily. Part of this can be resolved with the writers skill, but even a good writer sometimes makes assumptions.

Finally, I'll circle back to the stress. This would certainly cause burn out to occur, and for a child that is absolutely devastating. It's rough as an adult dealing with burn out. I couldn't imagine having to suffer through it as a child.

that makes a lot of sense hun
now that reminds me of the actual child actors in movies and dramas. i wonder how they deal with them and how can they train such young kids to express emotions vividly
