Do you think there are people who are honestly disgusted by anime?

I don't get the behavior and I used to think they are just putting on an act, to make fun of others. I never thought people would get truly disgusted by anime just because of the animation and no real people.

There could be and it's possible for someone to get disgusted by anime and it could be a trauma induced one as well. I never give anime recommendations to people unless they were the ones requesting me to do so.

There are so many of such people. I call them sick in the head and don't care much about their opinion on anime. It's not about what they want but what matters to me.

Sadly there are people who think anime is just for basement dwellers and view it in a negative way. I've seen people on Reddit talk about anime in a negative way, I just ignore them. I'm not going to stop enjoying things because people online think it's bad.

I think some people equate anime to hentai, and think all anime is hentai, even though we know that's not the case. Most of the people who hate anime, probably haven't watched a single episode in its entirety.
