Do you think Chibi can be very funny in anime?

most of the anime use them to make others think, they can be funny

I don't really like Chibi forms of anime. People like them based on the art work alone but it's as funny as the other comedy moments.

It can cute and adorable but not to the point of funny.

it can make you smile
but i wouldn't find it funny and it shouldn't be used a lot to confuse the plot.
