Do you prefer the seasonal approach to anime, or continuous series?

would you like an anime to be continuous even with fillers like one piece? or would you rather get seasons for it?
what would you choose?
 
lol fillers are not that good
but there are fillers which are good too. and i am not talking about bleach fillers here.
