Do you prefer anime you can turn your brain off to watch or anime that you leaves you thinking for hours?

for me it's the later lol and it can keep me busy for a few hours thinking about it. what about you?

I will probably opt for the first one.
Thinking about the anime for hours would make me go crazy and unless I complete watching it.
