Do you like support characters for their stories alone?

i think most of the people like support anime characters for their stories only
and not for the looks lol or power too.
 
That's one way to put it man
You are right and their stories are very sad and even the character development could make us like a support character
 
I think so.
If there is no decent story we won't even spare them a glance. I am sure of that

and if they are too bland, people can easily forget about them unlike the main protagonist
