Do you know any character who is very gentle outside but vicious inside?

i can't think of such characters and most of the time, vicious charcters show those feelings on their face right away lol.

Well, this is an interesting question. If I were to choose a character here, then that would be probably joker from D - gray man.
Even though he is an antagonist, at a glance he wouldn't look like that
