Do you keep track of how much time you spend on some specific activity?

Like watching television to any other activity. So, do you keep track of the time?

I keep track to how long I can hold a plank but that is about it.

Nope I can't say I do this, though I do like how Steam tracks my playtime for games, and sites like Last.FM & RateYourMusic can show me music listening stats.
