Do you judge anime based on the art?

I judge an anime based on its story............

Umm, i think it's way too superficial to judge a book through its cover, simply put, don't judge an anime through their style of art, judge through their story.

I personally will judge anime based on it's story. This is the best way to do it.

Art is important, because if it isn't visually attractive, or if it is poorly animated, it will eventually make you lose interest. No matter how good a story is, if the animation is not good, it will lose some of its greatness.

I'm not too picky, so I'm fine with most art styles but there are a few that I don't care for.

The story is massively important. In fact, it might be much more so than the art.  Nonetheless, being human, I might disregard it based on the art - but honestly, I think "bad art anime" doesn't exist.

i judge it based on art. i like art more than anything. i like cute uke faces and handsome seme faces. i am sucker for cute faces and great art.
