Do you hear the same dialogues from most of the anime protagonists?

most of them are similar when they save the day. may be it's just me
 
Sometimes yes but it happens to be the same genre too.
It can't be helped when we watch anime with very similar stories and plot progression is almost the same .

When an anime gains really good popularity, we often see other anime following it's trend.
It can't be blamed as I often go to similar anime in MAL, after completing a good anime.

lol i used to do that too.
but now i just try to look for another popular anime and there are lots of them these days
