Do you form an opinion about anime, based on the mangaka?

I do sometimes.
I know that's not fair but sometimes you just can't help it. Just like how I have purchased the sequels of seirei no moribito and such

i do.
i really liked at the end webtoon but when i heard that the author doesn't like it and was disappointed in it, i don't like it anymore

That's not how you rate a series.
You should rate it for it's quality and not for it's author.

My problem is.. my favorites mangakas didn't get anime adaptation for their series, it just Naoki Urasawa who lucky to get Monster and Master Keaton adapted

If I've liked other stuff they have made I'd be more willing to try their other stuff even if it is lesser known or not very popular.

All the mainstream mangaka don't have a lot of popular other works.

naw, if i enjoy the art of a mangaka not much can dissuade me from reading their work.
