I do.  I don't want people pointing their fingers at me....so, I always try very hard to not to do anything stupid. I don't like explaining myself to someone and it shouldn't matter too much but for me....I really don't like it.
Anyway, I follow them all the time. 
What about you guys?
Do you follow rules all the time?

Only when a life is at stake :D
It differs with each person of course. Sometimes we shouldn't wait for rules and protocols when it concerns life.

Rules are there for a reason and don't give me that old stupid comment like 'rules are there for us to break.' That's nonsense :/
 
I follow, I don't.. All that matters is If you cross the line and that causes harm to others and if that doesn't happen, do whatever ya wanna~

I am not an attentive, regular student.. Thats for sure.. I think I have told ya about my final year project story as well.. Its lucky that I cleared the last semester..

Hmm....well, even so....guess the environment plats a major role for our daily life stuff :D
Over here it's equivalent to a crime (_ _)
 


Well, with our over population I highly doubt we have that luxury here.
I do get your point but practically it's impossible in India. Just think about it.
 
I follow some rules and I don't follow some rules. They are not set in stone and everyone has the right to do what they want. I don't like some rules of my course work and I don't follow them.

Dont blame it on over population.. Blame it on people governing us.. And I do know its impossible .....
in our country.... As if they been doing things which benefits us ,until now.. Meh~
