Do you ever look up the meaning of the Japanese lyrics of an anime song and relate to them?

sometimes i just pick the subbed version of the lyrics lol
but i don't go out of my way to get the meaning of couple of words alone in a song. what about you?

Not really.
I don't usually watch the openings and endings unless someone recommends them to me or I catch bits of those songs while skipping them and those bits impress me.
