Do you confine anime to the realm of fiction, or do you dabble in its realism?

So have you thought of the logistics when it comes to an anime? Or do you consider that as just a fictional story? What do you guys think?

lol there is no point to it
i am sure it's a lot different than our regular life and we shouldn't get serious with anime

Not entirely sure what you mean with logistics. Like, whether an anime should tell a story in a realistic manner? If so, it of course depends on the genre, since anime is just a medium. A comedy anime can often get plenty of leeway, but if it tries to tell a serious story, I'd rather have it be told realistically, yes.

I can personally be up for either realistic or completely absurd anime. As for which type I personally prefer, I don't think I really do prefer one over the other - it really depends on how well their ideas are expressed.

I never say that wouldn't happen in our world, because I watch anime because most stuff can't happen in our world.

They are different
I don't try to make sense of an anime in terms of actual world logic and that's not me.

I would prefer it to remain in the anime realm...if it gets into reality some really messed up stuff could take place
