There was a time when main protagonist is the strongest character in a series in action or adventure genre, but do you think that the stereotype of main protagonist as the strongest character is a good idea? Should the concept of less powerful main protagonist be use requently in anime?

I like that a lot man.
We have too many overpowered main protagonists and that's getting incredibly boring and overused.

Yup, it would be refreshing.. this concept was already implemented on Video Games

That's what we need in anime man.
Too many overpowered main protagonists and people would lose interest in anime eventually

If they aren't the most powerful then how can they be the main protagonist?
I mean I have seen funny ones and it has worked pretty well but when it comes to anime I think that maybe this is what is called for

I see
Well I'm not much of a gamer and I haven't seen any of those anime which you mentioned. The idea is good though. ..Doesn't matter much to me once the story is good to be honest

By the way.. i give you reaction, do you get alert for my reaction?

I think this problem mostly occurs in long-running when authors run out of ideas and the power scale starts falling apart.
Hopefully My Hero Academia doesn't run into it. FMAB and One Piece for example have kept their heroes in check and HxH 2011 as well to some extent.

I've only watched YYH till the tournament arc but whatever I've seen of HxH makes me agree with you, Togashi has made sure that the writing is brilliant and that it doesn't become predictable.

Well yes, he's kinda rare haha.. he doesn't hesitate to write Yusuke getting stronger by receiving power from Genkai, where in the other anime the main protagonist must use their own effort like training etc
