Do the mangaka get paid for anime?

i am not sure lol and even animators need money to continue it.

They do get a royalty. The amount is set in the contract at the beginning and does not change no matter how popular the anime gets.

That is never the case. Studios and publishers woulden't make nearly as much money if they shared the profits equally with the artist.

or else how can they ever really compensate mangaka and animators?
