Differences between Anime & Manga (no spoilers in my post)

I've watched Akame Ga Kill twice all the way through in the last year because i like it so much. I finished reading the Manga last night and i can't believe how different the two are! They both have completely different endings and different bits throughout are different

My question is, are there anymore series that are completely different between anime & manga? After watching and reading Akame i want to delve into more series that differ between the two

I believe Blue exorcist aka Ao no exorcist is one such series for the first season.
I can't think of any other series at the moment but I am sure there are plenty of series like that. Tokyo ghoul is also one such series

i know several gem.
i think they are related to bl genre and i am sure you wouldn't want to hear about them.

There's a ton of them and I personally love it when anime takes liberties with the story, since it's a different medium and a manga filled with narration, exposition and needless dialogue has to be trimmed out to make it watchable.

Some anime have alternate endings or completely change the story, a few examples are Blue Exorcist Season 1 after the half-way mark and Tokyo Ghoul Season 2.

I usually prefer anime for 99% of stuff but in this instance the manga was indeed better.

A little bit but it's insignificant. Other examples would be Soul Eater, the original FMA, etc.

i don't remember that one too much
i only even watched dragon ball z completely and not even dragon ball original series.
