If you don't like something you would become biased and the same goes to if you like something as well. We are all humans and there is no way to pretend everything is fair.

Not always man and though they are close and if you are being fair, you would accept the shortcomings of any anime without any argument. If you are biased you can't do that Rinko

I wouldn't know the difference and if I were to hear someone complaining about an anime, I would assume it's not to their taste.
