Did any anime make you feel guilt or shame ever?

what about you? have you watched an anime which made you feel guilty or ashamed for anything?

No, but I have seen a few that have made me feel stupider for having watched them and felt that they lowered the intelligence level of the entire human race.

No Attack on Titan TOS is ok and I haven't gotten around to watching Made in the Abyss yet but Panty and Stocking for one Kenzen Robo Daimidaler - Prince vs. Penguin Empire for another.

i think i have heard of the first anime but but the second one.
