i don't know any other anime and i was about to recommend onizuka anime until i saw your post that you have already watched it. if it's manga then i got some recommendations in shonen ai with delinquent teacher.

Have you ever watched School Rumble? I do believe it is pretty similar to great teacher onijuka.
