deleting those locked threads

isn't it better to delete those locked threads?
they don't have required amount of posts and i don't know how those people posted in this section, without a group promotions.

so, isn't it better to delete all those threads rather than just locking them and keeping others in check?

Well it isn't a bad idea, to allow advertising. Deleting them isn't a wise thing to do either
 
I want peeps to reconsider this.
we can allow peeps but what's the use?
no one really visit those sites and i don't see any point.

Well, if those people are really good and if hey are contributing so much to the community, then we can allow them to have some backlinks and some people from our site.
That's fair, according to me :D
