Dangerous isekai anime

Well, SAO(Sword art online) has obviously a dangerous set up that harm them in real life as well. Log horizon and Hai to Gensou no Grimgar doesn't have much information about their impact.
So, what do you think guys?

i don't get what you are referring too but all the anime, has dangerous turns to the story. they are all dangerous and i can't say one name
