Create a new ability for a pokemon.

If possible, I would like to create a new ability for Togeppi. 


Even though it's just a kid, barely out of it's egg shell, it is still so cute.

Also, it belongs to some other dimension.
So, there are so many ways to create abilities for Togeppi. May be dimension travel. It can just haul it's enemies,to some unknown dimension

i don't know much attacks but a time travel attack in pokemom would be good. like katakuri, they can see what will happen and avoid it. it will make an advantage in a battle.
