I don't know why you are that against all that posting, but don't you think that's harsh?
Why wouldn't you want him to post a game related thing in a gamer zone?

He is obviously not an anime fan and I hate people trying to promote their own stuff by barging into others territories

I do get what you mean and I am not saying that it is a good thing for them to do that for their own benefit and all but it's just plain rude, to say something like this.
It's like a slap to the face.
