Comparing two worlds of anime

I don't think it's fair. I believe everyone would say Goku is the strongest character... But if there is an anime, which got multiple layers of world's and they can destroy them as they please, would you say they are stronger? It's just not good to assume and compare two anime. That's what I believe. What about you guys?
Do you feel the same?

i don't know. if someone says a character is powerful then it doesn't mean shit. everyone can believe whatever they want.

Even with proper power scaling, its hard to say if the power levels in DBZ are the same in Bleach or Naruto. But it does make for some amusing Death Battles.
