in virgin soul of bahamut, that woman choose to save that king over saving the whole world. do you approve of main character doing selfish things like that?

Generally its a bad concept, but I understand why they would give up many for one. I would always give up one for many personally.

i don't think it is very bad when it concerns me and i would do it too but in anime that shouldn't happen and isn't the main lead should set a good path for the followers to lead a good life?

Honestly, I think it's a bad idea to save one person vs the world. You save one person, the rest of the world dies, it'll be super hard to pro-create and get things back to a norm. Not to mention the millions and billions of innocent lives lost because you decided to be selfish and save just one person. Just my personal opinion though.
