so i am taking care of my diet to not to include more greese in my diet

We use kgs here. Well i think 88 kgs is pretty normal for you since western people have larger build than asian

i am short and pudgy.
my height is just 5 feet and 1 inch. i should have listened and drank more milk when i was young and now it is too late but i am still taller than clara
