Are there any characters, who are worse than the antagonist with respect to cruelty?

He is worse than Kagura in a way.

I don't think they show their wife. It's the guy, Nina and the dog, that's it.

his wife is the first experiment of creating a chimera. his wife who turned into a chimera didn't eat and died at the end
