there is always resemblance and you could say it's the artistic style of the mangaka.
but it's nice to see the familiar art if you like the mangaka
 
dozens of animes come out every season and hundreds of manga are published each month, sooner or later everyone starts to having to reuse the same look.

Well true.. it's unavoidable, someday music will different from this thing too

too late, some music I've listen to will start off with similar sounds from other songs I've heard.
 
I am pretty sure I have a similar thread somewhere :P 
Anyways I have noticed this as well in many of the mangas that I read, especially if they are on the same app
Like for example the characters on webtoons mangas resemble and those from mangatoons would quicker resemble other characters on mangatoons than webtoons. There are a few exceptions but not many

By both in my experience especially these guys..there hair is just different coloured but their build and face are basically the same

you won't be able to find it there unfortunately
those are self punished apps and doesn't have everything like this.
