Changing your password

How often do you change them? Do you think it's a pain to remember them, just like me?
As for me, based on my roll, I change the passwords.

i write them down but for safety reason i change them about every month

Hmm... That would be difficult I suppose.
I can never imagine myself changing password every month...I do write them sometimes but not that often.

only when forced to like at work, I kind of got a working password which I can change one thing and still remember it.

I don't change them often and it's too much trouble to keep on changing them.I change only when there no other way out of it
