Here is carreer path of Captain Tsubasa's characters :

Tsubasa : after Tsubasa graduate from middle school he join Sao Paulo FC in Brazil, then after spend 3 years on that club he join Barcelona FC

Wakabayashi : he join Hamburg SV right after graduate from elementary school, spend some time in junior team and later getting promotion to senior team

Hyuga : Hyuga join Juventus FC after graduate from high school, but currently loaned to Reggiana FC in Serie B

Misaki : currently join Jubilo Iwata FC 

Matsuyama : currently join Consodale Sapporo

Nitta : currently join Kashiwa Reysol

Misugi : he was playing at Bellmare Hiratsuka before join FC Tokyo

Wakashimazu : he was playing at Yokohama Flugel before join Nagoya Grampus Right

Soda : currently join Gambar Osaka

Jito : currently join Avispa Fukuoka

Aoi : as youth he was playing at Inter Milan junior, but because he can't secure his position at senior team he move to Albese FC in Serie C

Sano : play along with Jito in Avispa Fukuoka

Sawada : currently join Urawa Reds

Note : all of these teams are actually exist

I can't stop only if the series is amazing, last time i was like that is when i read 20th Century Boys
