Can zoro stop the strings?

According to oda, zoro can cut through anything. So, do you think zoro can cut doflamingo's strings that's forming the bird cage?
Zoro promised luffy to win every match and if he couldn't cut these strings now, that promise will never be fulfilled. So, what do you think of this situation?
