Can V-tubers be considered anime characters?

A lot (or most) are made by Japan, so I don’t see why not. Unless people are dumb and think CG can’t be anime.

and i am sure not many would even agree with them being called as anime characters.
 
It all comes down to one would accept or not
If you don't accept it as anime, then I am sure it will never be an anime for you

i am sure it's all one had to accept it and if the entire world accepts and you don't then its got the top priority
