Can Luffy kill?

do you think luffy can ever kill anyone? kicking their ass#s isn't killing them and i don't think he ever killed anyone. is it because it's not meant for very mature readers?

He's a typical shonen jump hero, they experience death but they never give it. I think its a real life moral of not idolizing someone who kills.

I was positive that he killed donflamibgo but saw him later chained to a marine ship. He could never kill and people should be like that. They shouldn't take others lives.
