Brightness of the screen

I do usually like bright screens but they are not that good for eyes.
So, I use the brightness moderately. Even on my phone, I use the auto-mode. What about you guys? Do you like bright screens?

On my pc it's normally bright but due to my battery dieing fast my phone's screen is always dark
