Boys and girls differentiation in anime

Only hair seems to be major difference between the genders, in every anime. All the characters look pretty enough to be a female and handsome enough to be a man. Isn't my observation right?

Some old people are hard to mistake though. Big guys, old people are not hard to distinguish.

Girls usually have prettier eyelashes, well it depend on the mangaka/animator actually

That's not too much of a difference.
Most of the males got cool eyebrows too and even you can see that in reality.
