Bankai can be stolen by Quincies and Byakya along with a few other folks had lost their Bankai. However, Soul society is already being invaded by many Quincies and it's unlikely that soul reapers might survive this without Ichigo's help.
However, Ichigo might not make it to Soul society as Urahara is severely hurt in the battle. I like the arc so far even though some things are entirely new after missing most of the other arcs in manga. Anyone watched this episode here?
