BGM in fighting scene

Did anyone noticed that in some series when cheerful opening music played as BGM that means the protagonist are going to turn the table or winning the fight? Haha..

I noticed this long time ago from my father, he said when the music was playing in background then the protagonist are going to win. After that i realized it is true in some series Haha.. i guess the music is use to enhanced the mood
 
I usually enjoy these scenes, means something epic is about to happen or the music is used in such a great empowering scene.

i feel like a grandma for the first time
i should have guessed and i thought it must be an anime reference as it's placed in the anime section
