I get he has his moments, but not sure if he fully qualifies for a gag character.

I wouldn't have watched 200 episodes of something if I didn't like it. I skipped the episodes with toilet humour and they were like 3 or 4 episodes.

Usually they don't work well beyond a few and are usually present in movies made for toddlers.
